Sports/Fitness Workshop:
Preparing the body for exercise is important for persons at any age and fitness level. The key to preventing injuries before exercising is to warm up. One of the best ways to warm up is to do flexibility or stretching exercises.  This class is focused on general full body exercises that maintain and increase flexibility, range of motion and help prevent injury.

Pilates:
Pilates gets your mind in tune with your body. By emphasizing proper breathing, correct spinal and pelvic alignment, and complete concentration on smooth, flowing movement, you become acutely aware of how your body feels, where it is in space, and how to control its movement. Small classes are taught by Sarah Grizzaffi.

In addition, Prenatal Pilates classes are available for expectant mothers by appointment.  These classes are designed to promote good posture and spinal alignment, easing the strain and tensions involved with a changing body during pregnancy.
